The New York State Bar Association’s Lawyer Assistance Program is premiering a new and innovative program that helps women attorneys in all aspects of their lives — mind, body and spirit.

“All Rise: Well-Being for Lawyers” is a five-session program taking place every other Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The idea is that participants would attend all five sessions, which are scheduled between May 3 and June 28.

The class is limited to 24 women and will focus on community, compassion and connection in order to facilitate well-being and positive change. NYSBA is partnering with the All Rise Initiative designed by social worker Amy Johnston and attorney and well-being coach Ashleigh Frankel.

The number of MCLE credits for the course is still to be determined. You can register for the 5-part class here.
